1 can garbanzo beans 1 can great northern beans 1 can kidney beans 1 onion - diced 2 hard boiled eggs - chopped 1 cucumber - peeled and chopped 1/2 bell pepper - diced 1 - 2 ribs celery 1/4 - 1/2 c mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste
Drain and rinse all the beans. Stir together the beans and the vegetables, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in just enough mayonnaise to coat.
