2 cans Libby early sweet peas
2 hard boiled eggs
1 c miracle whip salad dressing
1/2 c diced red onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 - 2 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peas and dice eggs. In a bowl, combine the peas, cheese, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in the miracle whip. Refrigerate until well chilled.
