24 oz small curd cottage cheese
1 rib celery
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 bunch green onions
1 bell pepper
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice the green onion. Peel cucumber, then dice up all the vegetables.Stir together with the cottage cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
