1c finely shredded meat*
2 eggs beaten
3 Tbsp oil
4 c cooked rice
1/2 tsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste
6 green onions - sliced thin
2 - 4 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble eggs, cook until firm. Add rice, meat, oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt & pepper. Stir and cook until heated through.
