2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c oil
3 - 5 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
In a large bowl stir together the flour and salt. Form a well in the middle of the flour mixture. Pour oil into the well. Mix until crumbly, add water 1 Tbsp at a time - just until the it forms a ball. Roll out the piecrust between two sheets of waxed paper.
