1 loaf unsliced French bread 16-20 inches long
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
2 oz. lean ham, thinly sliced
4 oz. turkey, thinly sliced
2 c. lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 c. nonfat Italian dressing
6 long wooden picks or small skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread horizontally into halves. Spread bottom half with mustard. Layer cheese, turkey, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and green pepper on bottom half. Drizzle with Italian dressing. Top with remaining bread half. Secure loaf with picks and cut into 6 individual sandwiches.

Makes 6 servings.
