1 1/2 c. macaroni--cooked
3 hardboiled eggs
salt, pepper and paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can shrimp (4 oz.) or 1/4 lb. fresh shrimp cleaned
2 tbsp. salad dressing

Directions:

Drain macaroni; slice hard-boiled eggs then add all the other ingredients. Best if served after chilling for a few minutes.
