4 or 5 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 Tbs. poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, popped, and salt and pepper to taste in casserole dish. Crumble Ritz and melt butter; combine. Crumble cracker mixture over top. Bake uncovered at 350º until hot and bubbly, maximum 40-45 minutes.
