6 boneless thighs
beaten egg
garlic salt to taste
flour
hot oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs. soy sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
For every 6 chicken thighs; roll chicken in beaten egg with garlic salt to taste, Then roll in flour. Brown in hot oil. Place in baking dish.

Mix and heat: sugar, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper, vinegar, and ketchup. Pour over chicken pieces and bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
