2 to 3 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/3 c. corn meal
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except milk. Add 1/2 c. or enough milk to make mixture moist and will stick together. Bake in covered casserole at 350 for 1 hour 15 min. or until done.
