3/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. flour
16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
8 - 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour and sugar. Add pineapple and cheese.
2. Pour into 9"x9" baking dish or pie plate.
3. Combine melted butter and crushed crackers.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
