2 (8- oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup. light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Heath O Brickle (found by the chocolate chips in the grocery)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Mix brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla together. Mix well. Add the Heath O Brickle. Soak sliced apples in pineapple juice to keep from turning.
