One 16 oz can salmon, drained
One 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke

1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Wheat Thins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix salmon through Liquid Smoke well. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. Mold into ball and roll in a mixture of pecans and parsley.
3. Serve with Wheat Thins.
