Two 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
1/2 bunch of green onions, chopped
5-1/2 oz. jar of dried beef (shredded)
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated

Paprika and parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix and roll into ball.
2. Refrigerate and then roll in a mixture of paprika and parsley flakes.
3. Serve with your favorite crackers.
