1 lb. ground beef
2 c. celery, diagonally and thinly sliced
1 package onion soup mix
4 T. soy sauce
3 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 can bean sprouts, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and celery in skillet. Sprinkle dry soup mix and cornstarch over meat mixture and add soy sauce, water and bean sprouts. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
