1 9x13 recipe of cornbread
2 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
2 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 lb bacon fried crisp
2 cans chopped green chilies - drained
3/4 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Leave 2 Tbls of bacon drippings in skillet and saute' vegetables. In a bowl, mix cornbread, bacon, chilies, salt and pepper. Add vegetables and broth. Mix well. Bake covered @ 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 minutes more.
