BUZZARDS BAR AND GRILL BEST EVER FLAN

SO SIMPLE

6 8 OZ CUSTARD CUPS, Sprayed with cooking oil spray.

2 cups sugar, melted in old sauté pan and cooked over med high heat until dark golden caramel. Pour evenly in prepared dishes.

In a blender put:

8 oz cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups whole milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the 5 flan ingredients in a blender, until smooth, pour over caramel. Place cups in large roasting pan and fill half way up sides of dishes with hot water. Bake 350 in water bath about one hour until center is almost firm when jiggled. Cool at room temp. chill and serve. To serve run sharp knife around edge of flan and invert on plate. Tap top of dish if necessary so flan falls free of dish. We like to put about a teaspoon of Kailua on top and a dollop of whipped cream. Do not over do the Kailua it can over power the dessert.
