12 tortillas
1/2 c oil
16 oz monterrey jack cheese
1 chicken cooked and diced
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
2 c chicken broth
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies
1/4 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat tortillas, place 2 Tbls cheese, 11/2 Tbls chicken and 1 Tbls onion on each tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter, blend in flour. Add broth stirring constantly. Add green sauce. Heat intil thick and bubbly. Add sour cream and chilies. Pour over tortillas. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. Last 5 minutes melt more cheese on top.
