Two 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened.
3/4 cup sugar.
1 tsp. vanilla.
2 eggs, beaten.
1 box Vanilla Wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

1. Preheat oven to 300.
2. Whip cream cheese until soft. Add sugar to cream cheese and whip until smooth.
3. Blend in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
4. Put 1 vanilla wafer in paper cupcake liner in muffin tins.
5. Spool about 2-3 tbsp. of cheesecake mixture over wafer.
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Cheesecakes should not be brown.
7. Cool and top each cheesecake with cherry pie filling.
