1 lb. bag Spring Mix Salad Greens.
Oranges, peeled and separated into segments.

Dressing:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar.
1/4 cup orange juice.
1/2 tsp. minced onions.
1/4 cup green olives stuffed with pimento.
1/4 cup Olive Oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Combine first four ingredients of the dressing. Mix well. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix salad with dressing. Place a small amount of salad in Parmesan Bowls. Top with orange segments.
