1 lb. Bob Evans Sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1-1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 T. flour
Deep Dish crust pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 T. dried parsley
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked. Remove sausage and drain on paper towel. Reserve fat. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved fat for 2-3 minutes. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage, green pepper and onion. Spread in pie crust shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes or until browned and filling is set.
