3 large Vidalia onions, chopped 2 T. butter 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1 clove garlic, minced
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Combine with all other ingredients in a 1 1/2-qt. baking dish. Mix well. Bake uncovered in preheated 375º oven for about 25 minutes. Serve with Georgia Crackers.
