4 lg. Shiitake mushroom caps
1 l6-oz. pkg. hot pork breakfast sausage
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 slices of bread, toasted and crumbled
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
In medium skillet, brown sausage. Drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer about five minutes. Fill mushroom caps and bake in preheated 400 oven until hot, about 10-15 minutes.
