1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ pound hot sausage
½ pound mild sausage
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with your fingers. Form into 1 inch balls and place the balls on the baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes.
