1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. water
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
2 c. chopped apples
raisins and nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt, and spices. Cream together shortening and brown sugar. Add water. Add remainder ingredients; apples, raisins, and nuts.
