2 1/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Soda
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple w/juice
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a mixer bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 10 x 15-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/3 c. Coconut and 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. As soon as you remove from oven, pour Vanilla Glaze over the bars.
VANILLA GLAZE: 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. evaporated milk. Cook until mixture boils. Cool bars before cutting.
