3/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2-1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar, egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with water. Bake at 375 F.
