2 cups crab or diced cooked chicken breast
1 cup cubed Swiss cheese
1/3 cup small chopped green bell pepper (optional)
cup fine chopped onions
1 tsp salt
cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp lime juice
5 large trimmed and cooked artichoke

Directions:
Directions:
Make salad mixing all ingredients but the artichoke.
Remove small center leaves from the artichoke and carefully remove the choke with a rounded teaspoon . Do not break the heart.
Fill with chicken salad and put in baking dish with about inch water. Cover and heat through in 375 oven about 35 minutes. Until hot and cheese has melted.
