1 small onion, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tomato, chopped

1 lime, juiced

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash avocados, stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Chill for 1/2 hour
