1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
15 oz can of white corn (or yellow) drained and ADDED LAST.
Red, green, yellow and orange peppers chopped small
red onion diced


cup olive oil
4 TBSP wine vinegar
Minced garlic
1 tsp lime juice
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2nd group of ingredients & then mix in with vegetables, chill. Serve with taco chips.
