2 package (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 can pineapple crushed and drained
¼ cup green pepper finely chopped
2 tablespoon onion chopped
1cup pecans chopped
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and shape into ball, and then roll out into a log. Cover and chill. To serve roll the log in chopped fresh or dried parsley and ¼ cup pecans. Serve with salty crackers.
