3 avocados
1 jalapeņos (or to taste)
1/4 of a small to medium red onion, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
salt, pepper, garlic mixed
1 lime

Directions:
Directions:
Place salt, pepper and garlic in bowl. Add juice of lime and mix. Add jalapeņos and onion and mix. Half avocados remove seeds and scoop from peel. Place into bowl and mash lightly into pulp. Add tomatoes and ever so slightly FOLD into avocado mixture. Serve with chips.

Tomato sours avocado's so you don't want to briskly stir them into the mixture...just ever so slightly.
