2lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbl. parsley
tsp. oregano
1/2c. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt/pepper

1/4lb. sliced ham
6oz. mozzarella, provolone or swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ham and cheese. On waxed paper or foil pat into a 10x12 rectangle. Lay ham and cheese over entire surface. Roll jellyroll style. Lay in baking dish seam side down. Bake 350 degrees 1 hr. 15 min.
