2 cups cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
Wilton Lamb cake mold

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pans well and flour. Sift flour, baking powder, salt together 3 times. Cream butter, add sugar,beat until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add flour and milk alternately. Be sure to mix lightly and keep the batter smooth. Pour batter into face half of mold. Fill to the top being careful to get batter into nose and ears. Place back half of mold on top. Bake face down on tray for 40-45 minutes. Gently remove back half to test. Replace back half for 5 minutes before removing the cake from pan. Frost with your favorite frosting.
Can detail eyes and mouth on face.
