1 lb. butter (no substitutes)
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1- 12 oz. pkg. semi sweet choc. chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to hard crack stage on candy thermometer. Pour immediately onto cookie
sheet that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Immediately sprinkle choc chips on top. as soon as they turn glossy, spread evenly, and top with pecans. Cool and break into pieces.
