4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 c. butter
2 lbs. fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan over medium heat, saute crushed garlic and chopped parsley in butter until garlic is tender. Stir frequently to prevent burning the garlic. Reduce heat to low and add shrimp. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon, place on serving plate and keep warm. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to ingredients in saute pan. Let simmer for 2 minutes then pour over the shrimp on serving plate.

Makes 4-6 servings
