4 salmon fillets-skin on
Seafood seasoning like Seafood Magic
Butter
Heavy duty foil made into a tray large enough to hold fish or store bought aluminum trays

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to hot while preparing fish. Make foil tray with sides folded up about an inch and sprinkle bottom with seafood seasoning. Place fillets on top. Melt butter and brush some over top of salmon. Place on grill and turn heat to low with lid down. Brush fillets with butter once or twice while cooking. Cook about 10 minutes or until flaky and light pink.
Note: Skin will peel off when fish is done.

Serves 4.
