4 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg. broccoli or fresh
sliced carrots
onion and celery to taste
1-2 c. ham or chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cubed potatoes or frozen hash browns

Directions:
Fill large stock pot with 4 c. of water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Add broccoli and potato cubes, carrots, celery, onion. Bring to a boil and let cook until vegetables are tender. Add meat of your choice (ham or chicken) and 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 soup can full of milk. Let mixture reheat through. Thicken if necessary. Add 2 c. of cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Serve with crackers or rolls. Makes 5 servings.
