2 1/2 quarts water 1 c crumbs
1 1/2 c diced potatoes 1/2 tsp oil
1 1/2 c carrots sliced 1 1/3 c leeks sliced
2 tsp salt 1 c sliced zucchini
1 red pepper 2c gr. beans
pistori sauce:

1/2 c parmesan cheese 3 oz.tomato paste
1/2 c pine nuts 1 1/2 tsp basil
4-5 cloves garlic 1/3 c oil
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
combine potatoes leeks carrots and salt in water let simmer 40 mins add zucchinipeppersgr. beans and crumbsand oil.simmer 20 mins meanwhile prepare sauce
stir cheese and tomato paste together then ad then add pine nuts garlic and basil and then add oil
blend in blender and then poout some soup in sauce and then add sauce to soup and serve
