1 can diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic. Stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture. Back at 400 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
