1 liter water 6 onions diced 1 tsp salt
1 beef bullion 1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 tbsp margarine 1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook onions in butter til tender,add water and bullioncover simmer on low heattill done then add in bowls and add cheese ontop and croutons if you like.
