1 Cooked Chicken ( bones and cut up)
4-5 scrambled eggs ( mashed fine)
28 oz Chicken Broth
3 Cups Minute Rice
Soy Sauce

Sautee - onions, celery, mangos together with 28 oz chicken broth ( or water and butter)
Add three cups minute rice
Cover and remove from heat - set 5 minutes
Then add eggs
Add soy sauce to flavor
Optional: water chestnuts, chinese noodles, mushrooms
