3 pkg. yeast
2 1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
1 T. vegetable oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 T. water
1 T. salt
5-6 c. flour
2 tsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar and oil; mix well. Stir in whole wheat flour; let stand until mixture bubbles. (approx. 5 minutes) In small bowl, beat eggs and water. Remove 2 T. to a cup. Add remaining egg mixture to batter; mix until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form soft dough. Knead. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. Punch dough down and divide in half. Divide each half into thirds. Shape into ropes; braid. Place on a greased pan. Brush each braid with egg mixture; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let raise 20 minutes more. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
