2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 jar Lekvar

Directions:
Stir, flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter; mix well. Add eggs and milk. Mix until dough binds together. Knead dough until smooth. Divide dough in half, wrap in waxed paper, refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 baking sheets. Roll out 1 piece of dough on floured surface to 1/4" thick. Cut dough with 3" round glass or cookie cutter. Bring 3 edges of circle up to form a triangle and pinch edges together, fill center with Lekvar. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
