Crust:
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine melted

Cake:
3 eggs
2 8 oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. sour cream (1 1/2 pints)

Directions:

Crust:
Roll out 2 pkgs. of honey graham crackers very fine.
Pour into bowl and add cinnamon, melted butter, walnuts and mix. Pour into spring form pan and pat all around to form crust.

Cake:
Mix first five ingredients until smooth. Add sour cream and mix. Pour into pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
