3/4 c.sugar 1 c flour
3 tbsp. shortening 3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs 1 cap of vannilla
1/2 tsp salt 3/4 c milk
1 c cornmeal

Mix well Bake @ 350 or 475 depends on the temperature of your oven
