1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can frozen concentrated raspberry juice, thawed
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 container cool whip, frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter and press onto bottom of a 9" springform pan. Place crust in a freezer for 15 min. Place cream cheese, raspberry concentrate and icing sugar in a blender or food processor. Beat on high speed until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Freeze until firm (approx 4 hours) Remove from freezer 10 min before serving.
