3 RED PEPPERS CHOPPED
3 GREEN PEPPERS CHOPPED
3 HOT PEPPERS TO YOUR LIKING
SIMMER
3/4 CUP VINEGAR
1/3 CUP SUGAR
3 T. SALT
HOT SAUCE IF LIKE

Directions:
ADD VINEGAR SOLUTION TO ALL VEGETABLES
AND SIMMER APROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. CAND IN PREPARED JARS AND PREPARED LIDS. SET IN OVEN ON COOKIE SHEET APPROXIMATELY 15-20 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN 250º OR 225º FOR 1 HOUR.
