2 c. Minute Rice
Celery, chopped & cooked until tender
2 c. Broth
Onion, chopped & cooked until tender

Cook the rice in the broth until tender. Add the celery & onions. Season to taste & serve warm.

You can make more or less of this rice by changing the amounts of broth and rice, as long as the amounts are the same of each. I have added all kinds of vegetables to this rice and it all tastes good. You can also cook the rice in water, tomato juice, or even fruit juice.
