lb. Hamburger
2 slices Bread
1 tsp. Salt
5 or 6 small Tomatoes
2 Onions, chopped
1 c. Peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Fry the hamburger, salt, and onion until done. Core the peppers & boil them for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain & cut up. Add the peppers to the hamburger mixture and stir well. Bake in a greased casserole dish for 1 hour.
